Foreman (Free Food, Free Accommodation, Free Transportation)

We are hiring a Foreman for one of our reputed clients in Dubai through our manpower supply division. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in supervising site teams and ensuring smooth execution of daily operations. Candidates currently available in the UAE will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site workers provided under the manpower supply contract.
• Coordinate daily site activities and allocate manpower as per project requirements.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within deadlines.
• Communicate daily progress, issues, and manpower status to the client or project manager.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity among the workforce.
• Ensure workers follow all company and client safety policies and procedures.
• Provide basic training or guidance to newly deployed workers when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Foreman, preferably in a manpower supply or construction setup.
• Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
• Ability to manage multi-national teams effectively.
• Must be currently available in the UAE for interview and immediate joining.
