Compensation: $25.00 per hour, plus overtime potential

Employees are responsible for reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Field Production Team Quarterly Bonus: Potential to earn up to 10 hours of paid time off per quarter, based on company performance.
The Foreman in Training position is a mid-level field leadership role designed to develop skilled tradespeople into full foreman positions. This role bridges hands-on field work with team leadership, mentoring, and project coordination.
You’ll work closely with a Foreman mentor or Field Operations Supervisor, taking on increasing responsibility for jobsite performance, safety, and crew development.
Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn and lead. You’ll demonstrate strong communication skills, uphold company values, and actively support the professional growth of others.
Minimum 3-5 years of commercial or industrial painting/coatings experience
Proficiency with tools, materials, and jobsite processes
OSHA 10 Certification (preferred, may be completed post-hire)
Valid Driver’s License, clean motor vehicle record, and reliable transportation
Drug and alcohol screening required
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Completion of at least one industry certification (e.g., NCCER preferred; may complete after hire)
Effective communication with customers and crew
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
Self-motivated and dependable
Ability and desire to teach and mentor others
Comfortable in fast-paced, production-driven environments
Under supervision and mentorship from a Foreman, you will:
Strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Lead by example in safety, quality, and productivity
Complete daily jobsite compliance paperwork (JSAs, reports, inspections, etc.)
Support and motivate team members, fostering learning and accountability
Track and communicate project goals and ensure completion on schedule
Participate in ongoing career development and training
Participate in company safety programs, report hazards immediately, and use proper PPE.
Follow all safety procedures and complete assigned safety training.
Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe practices promptly.
Comply with all federal, state, and local safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
Contribute to a safety-focused work culture by communicating improvement suggestions.
Ability to lift 15–50 lbs frequently
Repetitive bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working with power tools and heavy equipment
Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
