Foreman - Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

Supervise site labor, operators, subcontractors, and daily construction activities. Execute road and infrastructure works including: Road base and sub-base Asphalt paving Kerbstone and interlock works Stormwater drainage Sewerage and waterline works Duct banks and utility coordination Read and interpret drawings, method statements, and project specifications. Coordinate with surveyors and engineers for line and level works. Ensure productivity targets and daily work schedules are achieved. Monitor material usage and equipment deployment. Enforce HSE requirements and toolbox talks on site. Maintain quality standards as per consultant and authority requirements. Prepare daily progress reports and manpower records.
