Foreman- Marble

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site workers, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to standard.
• Monitor work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Enforce safety policies and promote a safe working environment.
• Report daily progress, issues, and site requirements to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
• Assist in planning resources, materials, and labor allocation.
• Train, mentor, and guide junior workers and new team members.
• Coordinate with other departments, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in [construction / interior / marble / relevant field].
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures.
• Ability to read drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
