Foreman – Painting & Interior Works

We are seeking an experienced Foreman – Painting & Interior Works with a minimum of 10 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years of UAE experience, to supervise and coordinate painting and interior finishing activities across construction and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily painting, decorating, and interior finishing works on site.
• Coordinate and manage painters, helpers, carpenters, gypsum workers, and other finishing trades.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor manpower productivity and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and workmanship.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Track material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team.
• Resolve site-related issues and maintain project progress.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site activities.
• Ensure timely completion of works while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Painting and Interior Works.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction and fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of painting systems, decorative finishes, gypsum works, partitions, ceilings, and interior finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and project specifications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
