Foreman and Project Coordination roles
with strong background in
telecom (STC / Mobily) and construction projects
. Candidates must have hands-on site experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams and project execution efficiently.

Civil Foreman (STC / Mobily Experience)
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise civil works related to telecom infrastructure projects.

Manage site activities including excavation, foundation, ducting, and reinstatement.

Coordinate with project teams and ensure timely completion.
-
Monitor manpower, materials, and quality of work.
-
Ensure compliance with safety and telecom standards.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5–8 years of experience.
-
Experience with STC / Mobily projects – Mandatory.

Strong knowledge of civil construction works.
🔹
Project Manager Coordinator (STC Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Support project managers in telecom project coordination.
-
Track project progress, schedules, and reporting.
-
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
-
Prepare project documentation and status reports.
-
Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Requirements:
-
Experience in STC telecom projects – Mandatory.
-
Strong coordination and communication skills.
-
Knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.

Mechanical Foreman
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise mechanical works including installation and maintenance.

Manage manpower and ensure execution as per drawings.

Coordinate with engineering and site teams.

Ensure quality and safety compliance.
Requirements:

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in mechanical works.

Experience in industrial / construction projects preferred.

Electrical Foreman
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise electrical installation and maintenance works.

Manage site teams and ensure work as per drawings and standards.

Coordinate with engineers and other trades.

Ensure safety compliance and quality control.
Requirements:

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in electrical works.

Experience in construction or telecom projects preferred.
Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / Degree in relevant field (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical).
