Rigging & Lifting Operations
- Supervise all rigging, lifting, and hoisting activities at site
- Ensure lifting operations are carried out as per approved Lift Plans and Method Statements
- Verify correct selection and use of slings, shackles, lifting gears, spreader bars, and cranes
- Coordinate crane movements and lifting sequences safely and efficiently
Safety & HSE Compliance
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSEMS, PTW system, and Lifting Operations procedures
- Conduct Toolbox Talks, Job Risk Assessments (JRA), and Pre-lift meetings
- Ensure all rigging equipment has valid third-party certification
- Enforce PPE usage and intervene immediately in unsafe acts or conditions
- Exercise Stop Work Authority when required
Supervision & Workforce Management
- Lead and supervise riggers, crane operators, and lifting crew
- Allocate manpower and equipment according to daily lifting plans
- Monitor productivity and ensure safe work practices at all times
Inspection & Documentation
- Inspect lifting gears and accessories before use
- Maintain records of lifting logs, equipment certificates, and daily reports
- Coordinate with Lifting Supervisor, Safety Officer, QA/QC, and ADNOC representatives
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with construction team, subcontractors, and ADNOC inspectors
- Attend lift planning meetings and site coordination meetings
- Ensure lifting activities are integrated smoothly with other site works
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid ADNOC Approval (Rigging Foreman / Rigger / Lifting Supervisor – as applicable)
- Minimum 5–7 years experience in rigging & lifting works
- Proven experience in ADNOC Onshore / Offshore Oil & Gas Projects
- Strong knowledge of:
- ADNOC Lifting Procedures
- Crane operations (mobile, crawler, tower, offshore cranes)
- Load chart interpretation and lifting calculations
Qualifications & Certifications
- High School / ITI / Diploma (Preferred)
- Third Party Rigger Certification – Mandatory
- ADNOC HSE Induction – Preferred
- Lifting Supervisor Certificate – Advantage
- NEBOSH / IOSH / Safety Training – Advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent leadership and team supervision skills
- Strong understanding of safe lifting practices
- Ability to interpret lift plans, drawings, and work procedures
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to work under pressure in live plant environments
Work Environment
- ADNOC Onshore / Offshore operational areas
- Outdoor and high‑risk lifting environments
- Shift work may be required
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour
