Foreman (Strong experience in real estate or construction industry)

We are currently looking to hire a Foreman 3-5 years of experience in real estate or consuraction industry.

Work Location: Riyadh, KSA

Foreman in the real estate industry, your primary responsibility is to manage and supervise construction and maintenance projects on-site. You will lead a team of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and deadlines.

Must have:

Citizenship or a work permit in Saudi Arabia.

Proficiency in written and verbal Arabic and English language

Required Work Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in Senior Foreman or related field in
• A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and schedule work tasks for construction crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure that work is carried out according to project plans and specifications.
• Lead and motivate construction crews, ensuring they work efficiently and safely.
