Foreman – Wood Factory & Site Operations

Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Salary: QAR 1,400 – 1,800 (Based on Experience)

Immediate Hiring: Candidates in Qatar are preferred

We are looking for an experienced Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily factory production and site operations within a Joinery & Carpentry Factory. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing workers, monitoring production activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating project execution from factory to installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory production and site activities
• Allocate tasks and manage carpenters, machine operators, helpers, and installation teams
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of work
• Read and interpret shop drawings, production drawings, and work instructions
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, machinery, tools, and manpower
• Coordinate with Engineers, Production Managers, and Site Supervisors
• Monitor workmanship and maintain quality standards
• Resolve production and site-related issues effectively
• Maintain workplace safety and compliance with company procedures
• Monitor material requirements and report shortages
• Maintain records of manpower, production progress, and site activities
• Train and guide workers to improve productivity and workmanship

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Foreman in a Joinery, Carpentry, Furniture Manufacturing, or Wood Processing Factory
• Strong knowledge of woodworking processes, joinery works, furniture production, and installation activities
• Ability to read and understand technical and shop drawings
• Experience supervising factory workers and site installation teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in custom joinery, furniture manufacturing, and interior fit-out projects
• Knowledge of production planning and quality control procedures
• Experience working on GCC construction or fit-out projects is an advantage
• Ability to coordinate between factory production and site installation teams

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
