Our Team as a Forensic Case Manager!
Are you passionate about supporting Behavioral Health & Justice Involved Population and making a real difference in their lives? EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency dedicated to helping over 79,000 people through 100 impactful programs across Long Island and NYC, is looking for a dedicated full time Forensic Case Manager to join the Manhattan Mental Health Court Evaluation Services Program.
Salary: $27.81/ hour
Schedule: 9AM-5PM, Monday- Friday
Location: 175 Remsen Street in Brooklyn on Tuesday and Thursday. Courthouse at 100 Centre Street in Manhattan on Wednesdays and remote on Monday and Friday.
What drives the core purpose of this job:
The Forensic Case Manager provides services and identification, screening, treatment planning, case management, and court reporting of eligible participants living with mental illness or co-occurring disorders.
