Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join a growing sales and marketing operation targeting the Pakistani forex and online trading market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and acquire new clients through calls, digital channels, and referrals
  • Generate and qualify leads and convert prospects into active clients
  • Present and explain trading products including Forex, CFDs, and other financial instruments
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize retention and lifetime value
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable trading solutions
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
  • Stay informed about market trends, products, and industry developments
  • Comply with company sales processes and regulatory guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
  • Proven ability in lead generation and client acquisition
  • Relationship-building and customer-focused mindset
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of Forex, CFDs, and financial markets
  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, or financial services
  • Familiarity with the Pakistani trading and investment market

Other Details:

Experience: 3 + Years

Location: Karachi

Work Mode: On-site

Working Day: Monday to Friday (10 am to 6pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
