FOREX-FINANCE SUPPORT AGENTS

Position: Support Team Member (Non-Sales)

What You’ll Do:

• Assist users with completing their registration smoothly
• Accurately upload and manage documents in the system
• Ensure seamless access to services
• Participate in a short training to learn company systems & tools
• Provide technical phone support after registration
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly (no sales involved)

• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00
• Salary: $800–$1,500 + performance bonus
