Forex Sales Specialist

We're looking for a sales professional who thinks like an entrepreneur and sells like a strategist.

Position Overview:
We are hiring our first dedicated Strategic Sales Executive to build proactive outbound pipeline and expand intentionally into new markets . This is NOT a traditional order-taker or account manager role. This is a hunter role for someone who loves opening doors, starting conversations, and selling innovative financial solutions . The ideal candidate combines creative outreach strategies with strategic thinking to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development (40%)

  • Identify, qualify, and target the most promising inbound and outbound leads for strategic outreach
  • Build and manage a pipeline of commercial prospects across various sectors
  • Employ creative outreach strategies based on seasonal opportunities, product offerings, and market insights
  • Analyze outreach performance and industry trends to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Monitor relevant market opportunities and help qualify opportunities

Sales & Relationship Management (40%)

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospects, initiating high-impact conversations through calls, emails, and social engagement
  • Lead compelling discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges
  • Present RA Prime's capabilities clearly and confidently, demonstrating how our solutions benefit potential clients
  • Listen actively to business needs, validate challenges, and skillfully address and overcome objections
  • Build lasting relationships with prospects and existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals ethically and effectively

Deal Management & Collaboration (20%)

  • Partner with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to scope projects and prepare proposals
  • Prepare accurate estimates and negotiate budgets and timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions within CRM
  • Ensure smooth handoff to internal teams for client onboarding
  • Spot upsell and ongoing opportunities with existing clients

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 2-4+ years in outbound sales or business development, preferably in financial services, FX/CFD, or technology sectors
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling intangible services (financial products, SaaS, consulting, etc.)

Strategic Competencies:

  • True outbound sales personality—energized by identifying prospects and booking meetings
  • Scrappy and entrepreneurial mindset—able to build pipeline from scratch
  • Creative problem-solving skills and innovative approach to challenges
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable using data to optimize outreach
  • Ability to navigate new verticals with confidence
  • Experience with longer sales cycles (preferred)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Strong writing skills for outreach and proposals
  • Familiarity with financial markets and trading concepts (preferred)
