Responsibilities

Attract new corporate clients and expand the company’s customer base.

Promote long-term vehicle leasing solutions to companies and institutions.

Identify potential business opportunities in the Kuwait market.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Prepare and review price quotations for corporate customers.

Lead negotiations and close leasing contracts.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Follow up with customers regularly to ensure service satisfaction.

Resolve customer issues in coordination with operations.

Conduct regular field visits to clients.
-
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs.
-
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
-
Track sales pipeline and performance metrics.
-
Submit and update sales forecasts upon request.

Maintain updated records of sales activities.
Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related field
Experience
-
Years of Experience: 3 - 5 Years
-
Field of Experience: Car rental, Fleet leasing or Automotive sales
Skills

Good communication skills

Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills

Good knowledge of the Kuwait corporate market
