Forex Support Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients and convert inquiries/leads into active forex clients
• Explain forex products, platforms, and processes clearly to clients
• Handhold clients end-to-end, including account opening, KYC documentation, funding, and platform setup
• Coordinate with internal teams (compliance, operations, trading support) to ensure smooth onboarding
• Assist clients with basic platform navigation and trading-related queries (non-advisory)
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client activation and retention
• Resolve client concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate client records and onboarding status
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Support retention initiatives and upselling/cross-selling where applicable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
