Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: In-Kingdom
Department: Operations / Logistics Department
Reports To: Site Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary: A Forklift Operator is responsible for operating gasoline or diesel-powered forklifts up to 20 tons capacity to move, load, unload, and organize materials within warehouses, yards, or project sites. The role ensures safe and efficient material handling in compliance with company and client (e.g., Saudi Aramco) safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and transport materials across work areas.
  • Conduct daily inspections-check fuel, oil, water, hydraulic fluids, and tire pressure.
  • Report mechanical issues or irregularities to the supervisor or company representative.
  • Handle materials carefully to prevent damage to equipment, facilities, or personnel.
  • Organize and stack materials in designated storage areas as directed.
  • Follow site safety procedures, traffic rules, and PPE requirements at all times.
  • Support warehouse and logistics teams in inventory movement and material control.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Valid Saudi Arabian Government Heavy Equipment License with forklift endorsement.
  • Valid Saudi Aramco Forklift Operator Certificate (to be obtained by the contractor if required).
  • Minimum six (6) years of experience operating forklifts up to 20-ton capacity.
  • Solid understanding of forklift safety procedures and maintenance standards.
  • Physically fit with good coordination and attention to safety.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Work performed in warehouses, yards, and project sites.
  • Exposure to outdoor weather, dust, and noise.
  • Requires wearing PPE and strict adherence to safety regulations.
  • May involve shift work or overtime based on operational needs.
