FORKLIFT OPERATOR

The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize materials. The operator ensures compliance with company safety standards and Qatar labor & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift (counterbalance, reach truck, or pallet stacker as required) to load and unload materials.
• Transport products, pallets, and supplies to designated areas safely.
• Perform daily inspection and routine maintenance checks of the forklift.
• Ensure materials are handled without damage and stored in their proper locations.
• Assist in inventory control and stock arrangement.
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Report any damage, malfunction, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Support warehouse team members with general duties when required.
• Comply with Qatar HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines.

Requirements:

• Valid Qatar Forklift License (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–5 years of forklift operating experience (preferably in GCC).
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling.
• Ability to understand load charts, weight limits, and safety instructions.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/indoor environments.
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work in shifts, overtime, and under pressure.
