What’s the job?

Under the guidance of the Logistics Manager, the Lift Truck Operator is accountable for performing required tasks supporting production lines in a team oriented environment. This is done with an emphasis on the following:
1. Employee Safety
2. Product Quality
3. Production Efficiencies

  • Prepare paperwork and manage material needed with warehouse prior to production start-up, to assure on time delivery of accurate raw materials.
  • Adhere to quality standards by handling the raw materials and finished product to standard
  • In accordance to the schedule, continuously feed the raw material to lines and offload finished product for the duration of the shift
  • Correctly store finished goods by assuring finished product is stacked straight on pallet, even on pallet, labels are in correct place on carton and straight on carton
  • Complete proper paperwork consistently for raw materials and finished product and return to Lead for end of run processing.
  • Efficiency in the use of your lift truck
  • Follow all safety rules and rules as established in the employee handbook



Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-4pm Overtime as Scheduled (daily and Saturday)

Compensation: starting 25.55 an hour

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?


What do you bring?

High School Diploma is preferred
1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
Work experience in manufacturing with Lean Principles and/or Continuous Improvement
Prior experience operating manufacturing equipment
1-3 years Experience Driving Forklift preferred
