What’s the job?

Under the guidance of the Logistics Manager, the Lift Truck Operator is accountable for performing required tasks supporting production lines in a team oriented environment. This is done with an emphasis on the following:
1. Employee Safety
2. Product Quality
3. Production Efficiencies

Prepare paperwork and manage material needed with warehouse prior to production start-up, to assure on time delivery of accurate raw materials.
Adhere to quality standards by handling the raw materials and finished product to standard
In accordance to the schedule, continuously feed the raw material to lines and offload finished product for the duration of the shift
Correctly store finished goods by assuring finished product is stacked straight on pallet, even on pallet, labels are in correct place on carton and straight on carton
Complete proper paperwork consistently for raw materials and finished product and return to Lead for end of run processing.
Efficiency in the use of your lift truck
Follow all safety rules and rules as established in the employee handbook

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-4pm Overtime as Scheduled (daily and Saturday)

Compensation: starting 25.55 an hour

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

What do you bring?

High School Diploma is preferred
1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
Work experience in manufacturing with Lean Principles and/or Continuous Improvement
Prior experience operating manufacturing equipment
1-3 years Experience Driving Forklift preferred
