Forklift Operator

Zahr Freighters is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a responsible professional who can efficiently handle material movement, ensure proper storage of goods, and maintain safety standards within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse and yard.
• Move materials to designated storage areas safely and accurately.
• Inspect forklifts before and after each shift to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
• Assist in organizing and stacking goods to maximize storage space.
• Support inventory control and stock arrangement activities.
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification/license.
• 1–3 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Knowledge of safety standards and load-handling procedures.
• Good physical fitness and ability to handle heavy materials.
• Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Responsible and safety-conscious attitude.
