Forklift Operator

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled forklift Operator to safely operate the forklift, moving, loading, unloading and organizing materials, operational activities and stock yards for RAKNOR. The ideal candidate should have strong handling experience, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Comply with all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and UAE health & safety regulations.

· Inspect equipment before and after use with the checklist, report defects and maintenance needs.

· Operate forklift equipment for safely moving, loading, unloading, pallet handling and arranging.

· Shifting material from the production plant conveyor to the storage areas with grabber and fork. Loading and unloading trucks, trailers and containers.

· Position materials accurately and safely in line with site plans and supervisor instructions.

· Ensure loads are secured, balanced, and within safe working load limits.

· Maintain clear communication with site teams.

· Read the labels, loading slips, delivery notes and assist with inventory counts.

· Keep work area tidy and free from hazards.

· Assist with general labour duties when required.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

· Valid UAE forklift licence.

· Proven experience operating forklift on block factory and industrial sites.

· Good understanding of safe operating procedures and loading charts.

· Basic English for effective communication with team members.

Desirable

· Additional equipment certifications (e.g., heavy machinery).

· Prior experience working in the UAE or GCC.

Working Conditions

· Block, interlock, kerb and precast operation activities and industrial yard environment.

· Exposure to heat and dust in line with UAE weather conditions.

· Standard UAE shift patterns (may include early starts or overtime).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,620.00 per month
