Forklift Operator

A leading confectionery manufacturer based in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, is expanding its operations and seeking reliable and skilled professionals to support its modern production and logistics facility. As part of this growth, we are hiring Forklift Operators to contribute to efficient warehouse operations and material handling in a high-performance manufacturing environment.

We are looking for a careful and experienced Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations by safely and efficiently moving materials across the facility. The ideal candidate must be a confident driver, communicate well in English, and strictly follow safety protocols. This role is essential for maintaining smooth internal logistics and supporting production demands.

Location: Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Employment Type: Full-Time, Shift-Based

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse and factory areas.
• Move raw materials, packaging, and finished products to designated areas.
• Stack and organize inventory according to layout and safety standards.
• Perform daily forklift checks and report any mechanical issues.
• Assist in general warehouse duties when not operating machinery.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and adhere to internal traffic and warehouse rules.
• Communicate clearly with warehouse supervisors and other team members.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE forklift license.
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial environment.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety and material handling procedures.
• Good spoken and written English skills (required).
• Physically fit and capable of lifting or moving heavy materials when necessary.
• Punctual, responsible, and safety conscious.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

Salary Range:

AED 3,000 - 4,000
