Location: Vidya Nagar, Hyderabad

Logistics Sector Skill Council (LSC) is a not-for-profit organization focused on ensuring skilled human resources in the logistics sector. LSC collaborates with industry players, government agencies, training providers, and academic institutions to address skill gaps in the logistics sector. LSC is an approved awarding body of NCVET and offers online certificate programs through its flagship e-learning portals.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Trainer to train aspiring forklift operators while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in forklift operation, possess relevant industry experience, and be certified to provide training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in accordance with industry standards.
• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for forklift operators.
• Assess trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure trainees understand safety regulations, maintenance procedures, and best practices for forklift operation.
• Maintain training records and assist in certification processes.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with workplace safety guidelines.
• Provide guidance on troubleshooting basic forklift issues.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and training methodologies.
• Ensure training content is aligned with OSHA/industry-specific safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Diploma with minimum 7 years (with minimum 3 years of experience as Supervisor) of experience in MHE operations (or)

· Class XII pass with minimum 10 years (with minimum 3 years of experience as Supervisor) of experience in MHE operations (or)

· Detailed knowledge of MHE operations including loading, unloading, preventive and breakdown maintenance of different types of MHE

· Has supervisory skills with good knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, instrumentation and control systems in MHE operations

· The trainer should have the ability to read write and communicate in vernacular language, Hindi and English

• Additional Requirements:
• Must have a valid forklift driving license (minimum 5 years old).
• TOT Certified Trainer
• Skill/Qualification 2 Should have LMV license for four-wheeler driving.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Forklift Operation
• Strong communication in Telugu, English and teaching skills
• Ability to effectively train and assess individuals
• Certified Forklift Trainer is a plus
• Previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations
• Completion of relevant training programs or certifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
