Forman Decoration Works

We are looking for an experienced Foreman – Decoration & Fit-Out Works to join our professional team in the UAE.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising interior decoration and fit-out projects including gypsum, painting, carpentry, flooring, ceilings, and electrical coordination.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise site operations and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Manage teams of technicians, carpenters, painters, and electricians.
• Coordinate with designers and engineers to maintain quality and schedule.
• Prepare and review material requests and daily progress reports.
• Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.
• Inspect and finalize finishing works to meet luxury project standards.
• Participate in preparing quotations and pricing offers for residential villas and commercial decoration projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior decoration and fit-out projects in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong technical knowledge in joinery, paint, gypsum, and MEP coordination.
• Proven experience in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and preparing project quotations.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
• Good communication skills in Arabic or English.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
