Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression
• Serve food and beverages with precision, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all food safety and handling standards
• Set up banquet tables and stations efficiently, ensuring all serviceware and utensils are prepared to high standards
• Assist with food presentation, refilling stations, and clearing tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience through attentive service and personalized attention
• Support catering operations by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation as needed

Skills

• Proven experience in the food industry or banquet service, with a strong foundation in guest relations and customer service
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, beverage service, wine knowledge, and food handling procedures
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Basic math skills for accurate order taking and billing; familiarity with POS systems preferred
• Previous experience in catering, restaurant service, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
• Commitment to food safety standards and proper food preparation techniques
