About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Scientist to lead formulation and encapsulation development efforts, with a strong focus on agricultural applications . This role will drive lab-based R&D projects, partnering closely with external collaborators and clients, to develop and characterize innovative delivery systems for bioactive compounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of formulation and encapsulation development, including method development, characterization, and optimization.
• Design and execute laboratory-based research projects, often in collaboration with external partners and clients.
• Develop and refine delivery systems to enhance the performance of microbial and biological actives.
• Translate scientific insights into actionable product development strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, commercial) and external stakeholders.
• Stay current on scientific and regulatory trends relevant to formulation and agricultural product development.
• Communicate findings through technical reports, presentations, and scientific publications.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Masters with 5+ years of experience
• Deep expertise in formulation science , biochemistry , or chemical/biological engineering .
• Experience with agricultural formulations (e.g., seed treatments) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of encapsulation technologies and delivery systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for food and agricultural products.
