Job Title: Formulation Manager - Pharma for Generic Market Support

Location: Mumbai, India

About the Role: We are seeking a Formulation Manager with hands-on experience in generic and super generic formulations. This role will lead laboratory operations, manage technical support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pharmaceutical applications across Asia Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee formulation development and technical support for pharmaceutical applications in regulated markets.
• Collaborate with business development and R&D teams to enhance pharmaceutical formulations.
• Provide scientific support to internal teams, distributors, and clients.
• Manage laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Drive continuous innovation in drug formulation and delivery systems.
• Contribute to scientific articles, technical marketing tools, and research publications.
• Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and technical workshops.

Qualifications:

• PhD or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences .
• 7- 10 years of hands-on experience in generic and super generic formulation development.
• Expertise in Lipid-Based Drug Delivery Systems (LBDDS) .
• Understanding of global regulatory filings including ANDA, EMA, and ROW.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in customer technical support and lab management.
• Knowledge of formulation troubleshooting and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to mentor and lead a technical team.
