Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 3 to 4 Months

Experience: 5 to 12 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fortinet Security Engineer to support the rollout of security and compliance requirements across retail outlets. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Fortinet security solutions, including FortiGate Firewalls, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiManager. The engineer will be responsible for deployment, configuration, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and security policy implementation across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls.
• Manage and maintain FortiAnalyzer for logging, reporting, monitoring, and compliance requirements.
• Administer FortiManager for centralized policy management and device management.
• Implement firewall security policies, NAT, VPNs, IPSec tunnels, and security controls.
• Perform firewall upgrades, patching, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
• Monitor network security events and perform incident analysis and troubleshooting.
• Support compliance and security rollout activities across multiple retail locations.
• Coordinate with customer technical teams and provide implementation support.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and change management records.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices and operational standards.

Mandatory Skills:

• Fortinet FortiGate Firewall Administration
• FortiAnalyzer Administration
• FortiManager Administration
• Network Security and Firewall Management
• VPN (IPSec / SSL VPN) Configuration
• Security Policy and Access Control Management

Preferred Skills:

• SD-WAN
• Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs)
• High Availability (HA) Deployments
• Network Security Monitoring

Certifications Preferred:

• Fortinet NSE Certification (NSE 4 / NSE 5 / NSE 6 / NSE 7)
• Any relevant Network Security certifications

Experience Requirements:

• 5 to 12 years of overall Network Security experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Fortinet experience.
• Experience in enterprise, retail, managed services, or data center environments preferred.

Availability:

• Immediate to 30 days preferred.
• Must be available for onsite deployment in Dubai, UAE.
