As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in implementing cutting-edge solutions for our clients. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment, providing timely support to clients and ensuring minimal downtime.
• Train and mentor client teams on product functionalities and best practices to optimize usage and maximize value.
• Gather feedback from clients post-deployment to facilitate continuous improvement and influence future product development.
• Document deployment processes, technical challenges, and solutions to build a knowledge base for internal teams and future reference.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software development or engineering, with proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies.
• Proven experience in deploying and integrating software solutions in diverse environments, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues and provide effective solutions in real-time.
