The Foundation AI Research Scientist is responsible for development of large-scale multimodal foundation models. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying next-generation AI architectures, including model distillation and few-/zero-shot learning approaches, to accelerate feature expansion across hundreds of findings. Collaborating with AI engineers and clinical experts, the scientist bridges foundational research with real-world healthcare applications, driving integration of AI systems into global clinical workflows.

The base pay range for this position is:

Min $128,700 - Max $193,040

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
