YSS is hiring a 
hands-on Foundation Operations Manager to own all things related to our Raiser’s Edge NXT (RE NXT) CRM and the end-to-end gift processing workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
- 
Serve as the RE NXT administrator — maintaining clean, accurate, and insightful donor data.
- 
Manage the entire gift processing cycle, from data entry and donor acknowledgements to reconciliations and reporting.
- 
Act as the bridge between the YSS Foundation and Finance teams, ensuring donor intent is honored, records are accurate, and tax receipts are issued promptly.
- 
Develop and document efficient workflows for data entry, reporting, and donor stewardship.
- 
Partner with Development and Program staff to provide meaningful donor insights that drive engagement and fundraising success.
- 
Lead ongoing data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting efforts to strengthen decision-making.
- 
Support annual audits and financial reporting by providing accurate, timely records.

MUST HAVES - Required Qualifications
- 
Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, accounting, information systems, or related field.
- 
3+ years administering Raiser’s Edge NXT (or similar CRM) with direct gift entry/processing responsibility.
- 
Blackbaud / RE NXT certification or completion of Blackbaud University training within six months of hire.
- 
Knowledge of gift processing standards, IRS acknowledgement requirements, and donor stewardship best practices.
- 
Proficiency in database management, queries, reporting, imports/exports, and data hygiene; advanced Excel skills; experience with integrations or APIs a plus.
- 
Strong attention to detail, communication, and collaboration with finance teams.
- 
Comfortable prioritizing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 
Familiarity with fund accounting principles and nonprofit financial reporting.
SHOULD HAVES - Preferred Qualifications
- 
Experience with workflow automation or integrations (online giving, event management, email marketing).
- 
Experience training/supporting staff on database use and reporting.
- 
Knowledge of financial reconciliation, audits, and compliance.
- 
Skills in donor analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support fundraising strategy.
- 
Demonstrated success in process improvement and change management.
- 
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
