Foundation/Junior Wing Coordinator

Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Junior/Foundation Wing Coordinator to manage and oversee the academic and operational activities of our Classes 8th to 10th segment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth classroom functioning, maintain academic standards and act as a bridge between students, teachers, Parents and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for parents and students regarding academic updates and queries.
• Coordinate day-to-day academic and administrative activities for Classes 8th to 10th.
• Maintain student records, attendance and performance tracking.
• Assist teachers in curriculum planning, lesson execution and assessment processes.
• Organize student Doubt classes, events, workshops and academic competitions.
• Monitor classroom discipline, student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Ensure implementation of institute policies and quality standards.
• Implement various student welfare/performance improvement plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation ( Regular/Full Time) from a reputed college
• Prior experience in academic coordination, teaching or student management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for working with students and fostering a learning environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications and educational software.
