handyman to be responsible for performing a variety of

maintenance and repair tasks in our sober living homes,

ensuring that our homes and equipment are in good working

condition. We have openings in Pueblo, Ft. Collins and the

Denver metro area.

Some of the Key Responsibilities include,

 General Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs,

including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

 Repairs: Fix broken fixtures, appliances, and equipment, ensuring they

operate safely and efficiently.

 Installation: Install new appliances, fixtures, and equipment as needed,

including lighting, and plumbing fixtures.

 Cleaning and Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work

areas, including outdoor spaces, ensuring a safe environment for clients

and staff.

 Client Interaction: Respond to maintenance requests from clients in a

timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.

 Documentation: Keep records of maintenance and repair work

performed, including expenses and materials used, and report any

major issues to management.

Skills and Qualifications

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in a variety of repair and maintenance

tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.

 Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and

determine effective solutions.

 Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks,

including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.

 Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact with

clients and team members effectively.

 Experience: Seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience in

maintenance or handyman roles. Qualified entry-level candidates may

be considered.

 Tools: It is preferred that a basic set of hand and power tools be

available. Reliable transportation is essential to allow work at various

locations across the metro area.

Work Environment

 Our handymen work primarily in a residential setting. There will be some

work in commercial buildings, and outdoor environments. The role may

require working at heights, in confined spaces, or in varying weather

conditions.

 This job description provides an overview of the handyman role,
