Founder Associate

• Work closely with the CEO on company strategy, planning, and execution
• Support fundraising activities, including investor materials, outreach, and follow-ups
• Coordinate operational projects across teams and external partners
• Support legal, corporate, and compliance processes with advisors and counsel
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and briefing materials for key decisions
• Own ad hoc projects critical to company growth and execution
