Banking Operations Analyst

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Banking Operations Officer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in banking operations within banks or Direct Sales Agencies (DSA) and possess a strong understanding of banking processes and compliance standards.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations within banks or DSA in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of banking processes, compliance requirements, and operational workflows
• Experience coordinating with internal departments and banking partners
• Ability to prepare and analyze operational and performance reports
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily banking operational activities
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and UAE regulations
• Coordinate with internal teams and partner banks to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare operational reports and performance summaries for management review
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
