To coordinate in executing and implementing Compensation and Benefits strategy in line with the organization’s People & Performance strategy. To provide services related to Compensation and Benefits policies and procedures in line with applied regulations.
Compensation & Rewards Operations

Coordinate to implement the compensation & benefits framework via analyzing all aspects of compensation & benefits, job levelling and the performance programs across the museums to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.

Maintain compensation & benefits data and information to continually position compensation and benefits structure among its peer groups and participate to propose enhancements to the structure when necessary.

Prepare analytical reports to propose compensation & benefit recommendations in coordination with respective sector/department Directors/Managers.

Ensure full and thorough understanding of HRA and other governing policies and regulations.

Prepare the payroll for finance inline with the Employee Relations and other necessary departments.

Carry out any other duties and responsibilities related to the role at the request of the direct manager.

Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent

Certifications in Human Resources are preferred.
Experience
-
up to 3 years of experience in Human Resource/Compensation & Benefits field.
