Human Resources Executive / HR Generalist - Real Estate

Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on HR professional who can independently manage HR operations in a real estate brokerage environment. This role requires execution, discipline, and ownership. Freshers or theory-only HR profiles will not fit.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • End-to-end hiring of real estate agents, sales managers, admin & support staff
  • Coordinate bulk hiring, walk-ins, referrals, and fast closures
  • Manage onboarding, documentation, RERA files (where applicable), and induction

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee & agent records, contracts, commission structures
  • Attendance, leave management, payroll coordination
  • Draft, implement, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, MOL requirements, contracts, visas
  • Handle warnings, disciplinary actions, and terminations professionally
  • Manage exit formalities, clearance, and documentation

Performance & Culture

  • Support performance tracking for sales teams (targets, KPIs, incentives)
  • Handle grievances with clarity and firmness
  • HR reporting to management (headcount, attrition, hiring pipeline)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
  • 1–5 years of real HR execution experience (real estate preferred)
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor law & compliance
  • Experience dealing with sales-driven teams
  • Clear communication, firm decision-making, professional conduct
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office / HR software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
