Marqo was founded by former Amazon engineers and scientists with deep expertise in search relevance, distributed systems, and machine learning. Today, we power next-generation search experiences for some of the most innovative retailers and marketplaces worldwide.

What you'll do

• Lead a variety of high priority and needle moving projects to ensure we achieve our goals.

• You’ll consistently execute on initiatives that move the needle on revenue, whilst removing any blockers halting our growth.

• Enjoy great autonomy allowing you to identify problems, carry out analysis, design solutions and execute on them at speed

• Collaborate with teams across Marqo to solve critical problems

What you'll bring

• 2-6 years experience working within in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting or investment banking for example)

• You have a track record of being a top performer in several different areas

• You can break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work

• You are curious in nature and passionate about making an impact. You can demonstrate this through various projects you have been involved in.

• You must be based in or willing to move to San Francisco

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
