Entry-level
We are seeking a driven graduate to join as a Founder’s Associate, working directly with the founder to support the daily operations and long-term growth of the company.
This position provides broad exposure to all aspects of running a business — from operations and administration to strategy, marketing, and client management. It is an entry-level role designed for individuals with strong initiative, organizational skills, and the ambition to grow into a key role within the company.
Responsibilities

Attend meetings, prepare notes, and track follow-up actions.

Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings across departments.

Maintain and oversee task management systems to ensure projects remain on track.

Develop and manage internal documents, templates, and resources.

Support client management by maintaining records and monitoring project progress.

Contribute to strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and business development activities.

Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements

Recent graduate (all disciplines considered).

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently.

Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, digital tools and project management software.
