Founder's Associate

This is not a regular job.

Most people spend years trying to get a seat at the table. This role is the table. You'll work directly with the founder, embedded in every part of the business: hiring, operations, partnerships, finance, and strategy. Not as an observer. As someone who makes things happen.

What You'll Own

• First point of contact: calls, partners, universities, and anyone reaching out to the company
• Invoicing and financial follow-ups: you keep things clean and nothing slips
• Daily operational reports: read them, find the gaps, flag what matters
• Calendar and scheduling: proactively managed, not just maintained
• Career fairs, university partnerships, and external outreach: you organize, coordinate, and represent
• Anything the founder sees that needs a second brain and a capable pair of hands
  
  

Requirements

• Based in Cairo, available full-time, in-person
• Sharp communicator written and verbal, Arabic and English
• Naturally organized with an obsessive attention to detail
• Someone who sees a problem and fixes it before being asked
• Loyal, discreet, and trustworthy with sensitive information
• No specific degree or years of experience required, we will train you completely
