Position Summary

The Founder's Office at NxtWave is a pivotal role responsible for translating strategic visions from leadership into actionable, detailed operational plans. This position demands an astute professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, driving initiatives to their successful conclusion. You will orchestrate the operational framework, ensuring projects not only align with but also advance our strategic objectives. Your expertise will guide the seamless execution of projects, optimize operational efficiencies, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

● Strategic Implementation:

○ Articulate and refine strategic visions from departmental leadership into structured, executable plans.

○ Engage with key stakeholders to ensure the rigorous and efficient execution of operational strategies.

○ Supervise the timely completion of initiatives, ensuring they adhere to predefined timelines and quality standards.

● Operational Excellence:

○ Identify and resolve potential obstacles by devising effective solutions and facilitating smooth project progression.

○ Maintain a constant flow of resources and support to ensure operational teams can meet critical project milestones.

● Analytical Leadership:

○ Conduct sophisticated data analysis to inform strategic decisions and foster a data-driven approach to operational management.

○ Leverage analytics to optimize processes and deliver insights that drive strategic improvements and operational excellence.

● Collaboration and Influence:

○ Foster a collaborative culture across departments, ensuring alignment of operational strategies with broader business objectives.

○ Cultivate robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance support for strategic initiatives.

● Project Management:

○ Monitor and adjust project trajectories to align with strategic goals, ensuring resource allocation is optimized for maximum effectiveness.

○ Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, articulating progress, challenges, and forward-looking strategies.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

● At least 5-6 years of progressive experience in operations strategy or business operations, with a preference for backgrounds in tech or educational sectors.

● Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception through to completion.

● Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to interpret and leverage data to make balanced decisions.

● Strong leadership qualities, including excellent communication skills, the capacity to influence at various levels, and the ability to build and lead teams effectively.

● A strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail and a robust problem-solving acumen.
