About the Role
This role exists to extend the founder’s presence across projects, properties, and partners. You will shadow the founders, learn directly from them, and represent them in meetings, site visits, operations, and brand executions. Your job is to ensure things move exactly as the founders want—even when they aren’t physically present.

Key Responsibilities
On-Ground Leadership
- Represent founders at hotels, W567, new development sites, and vendor meetings.
- Ensure execution matches founder standards across hospitality, design, marketing, events, and construction.
Shadowing & Learning
- Work closely with founders day-to-day.
- Observe, learn, and take over tasks with increasing independence.
Project & Execution Management
- Track timelines, checklists, and deliverables for ongoing initiatives.
- Follow up with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) and external vendors.
- Identify issues early and present practical solutions.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Assist in vendor negotiations, brand shoots, property walkthroughs, events, and partnership meetings.
- Act as the communication bridge between stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Research & Insights
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Prepare quick reports, summaries, and recommendations for founders.
