About the Role

At Dreamspan, we’re building a next-generation performance and recovery platform—where hardware, data, and science come together to improve how people sleep and live.

We’re looking for a high-ownership, full-stack marketer to work directly with the founders and help build the brand.

If you can think like a founder, understand premium products, and execute relentlessly across channels, this role is for you.

  What You’ll Actually Do (Not Just Buzzwords)

• Own and drive GTM for new launches, campaigns, or feature rollouts — from idea to execution
• Craft positioning and messaging that doesn’t sound like everyone else on IG, X, TikTok
• Work across the funnel: performance, content, influencer — whatever drives real outcomes
• Obsess over metrics like CTR, CAC, conversion rates and run experiments till we find what scales
• Build systems and playbooks for growth loops, not just one-off hacks
• Write copy that cuts through the noise: ads, landing pages, decks, even cold emails
• Solve high-context problems like market strategy, customer research, channel prioritization, and more

Who You Probably Are

✅ You’ve got 2-5 of experience in marketing or growth, ideally at a startup or early-stage company

✅ You’re comfortable with ambiguity, ask questions, figure stuff out, and make things move

✅ You’re equal parts creative and analytical — you can write killer copy and dissect cohort retention

✅ You understand modern marketing stacks like Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Notion, and ChatGPT

✅ You’re okay jumping between execution and strategy without complaining about job titles

✅ You want to work directly with founders, get your hands dirty, and actually own outcomes

Bonus Points If:

🌟 You’ve run full-funnel campaigns from scratch

🌟 You’ve built a brand or audience on Twitter, LinkedIn or YouTube

🌟 You understand healthtech, mental health, wearables or neurotech

🌟 You’ve worked in B2C startups

🌟 You’ve done growth without throwing money at ads
