Founding Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and scale core systems and features from the ground up
• Work closely with the founding team to make key technical decisions
• Move fast, ship quickly, and iterate based on feedback
• Build infrastructure that enables rapid product development

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional coding ability (you’ve probably been “that person” who just gets it)
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working across the stack
• Excited about working in an early-stage, high-growth startup environment

Core Technical Skills

• Strong programming ability in languages such as Python, Go, TypeScript, Rust, or C++
• Full-stack development (React/Next.js, Node.js, APIs, databases)
• System design & architecture (for SWE)
• Rapid prototyping & MVP development (for FDE)
• AI/ML familiarity (working with APIs, LLMs, or training models is a plus)
• Cloud & DevOps – AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
