We are hiring Senior Founding Engineers for multiple high-growth, early-stage startups. The founding teams include alumni from Stanford and Harvard, along with 2nd and 3rd generation entrepreneurs who have previously built and scaled unicorn companies.
These ventures are focused on building scalable, category-defining products with strong market potential.
Role Overview
As a Senior Founding Engineer, you will be a core member of the founding team, responsible for leading product development from 0-1 and scaling systems from early traction to growth.
You will work closely with founders to define technical architecture, influence product strategy, and lay the foundation for the engineering organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture and system design for scalable applications
Own end-to-end development of critical product components
Drive technical strategy and long-term engineering roadmap
Collaborate directly with founders and cross-functional teams
Mentor junior engineers and help build the core team
Establish engineering best practices and processes
Required Qualifications
6–11+ years of relevant software engineering experience
Strong expertise in system design and scalable architecture
Experience building and shipping production-grade products
Demonstrated ownership in high-growth or startup environments
Strong problem-solving ability with a product-focused mindset
Experience mentoring or leading small engineering teams (preferred)
