The Role
We’re hiring a Founding Growth Marketer to own the entire demand function — content, SEO/GEO, paid performance, and lifecycle marketing — as a team of one (for now).
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We’re looking for someone who treats marketing like infrastructure — building systems powered by AI agents, pipelines, and feedback loops. Your mission is to compress the output of a 5-person team into one operator plus an intelligent stack.
If shipping 40 landing pages in a weekend or running AI-optimized lifecycle campaigns excites you — this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
1. Content, SEO & GEO/AEO
Own editorial strategy across blog, reports, YouTube, and social platforms
Build a programmatic SEO engine (20–100 pages/week)
Optimize for AI citations (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)
Maintain content freshness using automation and agents
Ensure medical accuracy and strong E-E-A-T standards
2. Performance Marketing
Manage paid channels: Meta, Google (Search, PMax, YouTube)
Launch high-volume creative testing pipelines (20–50 ads/week)
Build first-party attribution models (cookieless environment)
Own CAC, payback, and channel performance
3. Lifecycle & CRM
Own full customer journey: acquisition → retention → renewal
Build AI-driven lifecycle campaigns (Customer.io or Klaviyo)
Optimize onboarding, results delivery, and reactivation flows
Drive 12-month retention and LTV growth
4. Growth Operations & AI Stack
Design and manage the full marketing tech + agent stack
Build prompts, workflows, and evaluation systems
Maintain lean tools budget ($3K–$5K/month)
Document systems and processes in Notion
Your First 90 Days
0–30 Days:
Audit funnel, tracking, and data integrity
Build marketing scorecard (CAC, retention, attribution)
31–60 Days:
Launch programmatic SEO engine
Deploy ad creative pipeline
Rebuild lifecycle campaigns
61–90 Days:
Improve CAC or payback on at least one channel
Establish AI citation tracking baseline
Present 12-month growth roadmap
What We’re Looking For
Requirements
5–10 years experience in growth marketing (performance, SEO, or lifecycle)
Proven ownership of CAC and growth metrics
Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, GPT, automation tools)
Basic coding ability (Python or JavaScript preferred)
Strong analytical skills (BI tools, attribution, data validation)
Excellent writing and communication skills

Experience in D2C health, wellness, or longevity brands
Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant systems
