We’re partnering with a well-backed global tech platform that’s expanding into the US and building out its early team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape that build: not just in terms of hiring, but in defining the kind of team and culture the company brings into a new market.

This is a founding People role, with a heavy focus on recruiting to start.

In the early days, your main job is to help build the team: working closely with leadership to find, engage, and close great talent across key functions. The role will evolve over time, but the immediate goal is simple: bring in outstanding people and set a strong bar early.

Job Descriptions:

• Own end-to-end recruiting for the US team
• Partner directly with leadership to shape hiring priorities and strategy
• Proactively map and engage top talent across relevant markets
• Create a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience
• Lead offers and close candidates with clarity and care
• Help lay the groundwork for how hiring is done as the team scales

Job Requirements:

• Strong experience in recruiting / talent acquisition, ideally in tech, consumer platforms, or high-growth environments
• Someone who enjoys building from scratch and operating with a lot of ownership
• Sharp instincts when it comes to people : you know how to spot quality and potential
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environments
• Clear communicator with the ability to work across different cultures and stakeholders
