About DestaHealth

DestaHealth is a next-generation MSO (Management Services Organization) supporting psychiatrist-led mental health clinics. We partner with physicians to launch, grow, and manage thriving outpatient practices - so clinicians can focus on care, not admin.

We’re building a national network of MSO-PC partnerships and are seeking entrepreneurial psychiatrists to own and lead their own clinic, with DestaHealth as their operational partner. We’re building across multiple states (DC, MD, VA, NJ, MA, CT) - and will work with you to identify the right location and structure.

What You’ll Do

• Become the clinical and strategy lead of your own outpatient psychiatry clinic
• Provide direct care (in-person + virtual) while expanding access in your local community
• Build and manage your clinical team (with Desta’s recruiting, HR, and admin support)
• Collaborate with Desta on operations, growth planning, and long-term strategy

Ideal Candidate

• Board-certified psychiatrist
• Licensed in DC, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey or Connecticut
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset - excited to build and lead a clinic
• Interest in outpatient care models: med management, TMS, therapy integration, etc.
