Founding SDR (Outbound Lead) – US Market

This is a high-impact, founding position. You will work directly with the Founder to build our outbound machine from scratch. We are looking for a "hunter" who understands that in 2026, the best products win through the best distribution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Strategic Outreach: Managing high-level LinkedIn and Email campaigns targeting CTOs and Founders at US-based tech firms.
• Digital Brand Building: Helping expand our online presence and authority within the AI engineering space.
• System Architecture: You will help build and manage the "Sales Stack"—utilizing proxies, anti-detect browsers (Dolphin{anty}), and AI-driven outreach tools (Clay, Instantly).
• High-Ticket Meetings: Your primary KPI is generating high-intent discovery calls and demos for our US-based architecture team.

• The "Motive/Ibex" Pedigree: You have 18+ months of experience in a high-performance outbound environment. If you’ve crushed targets at a company like Motive, you’re exactly who we want.
• Technical Fluency: You can speak confidently about AI, LLMs, and Agentic Workflows.
• Elite Communication: Your written and verbal English must be indistinguishable from a US professional.
