The way the internet works is breaking. AI agents don't search Google; they require real-time data from trusted sources. We're the profitable, YC-backed startup building the gateway to the internet for AI agents the missing "Google" for how LLMs interface with the world.

We have achieved product-market fit (over 150 paying customers) and are growing extremely fast. Now, we need the first, full-time Growth hire to bring us from PMF to scale.

Your mission: Make us viral. You won't be managing an agency or optimizing boring SEO keywords. You are the sole content creator and distribution engine, turning deep business insights and technical data graphs into must-read social media content that builds massive awareness.

The Plot Twist: Content is Your Product

This is a high-intensity, in-person role in New York City (Williamsburg/Brooklyn) where you will work directly alongside the founder. We're looking for a "True Grinder" and a "Systems Thinker" who views content creation as a high-leverage product loop.

Your success is measured by the sheer volume of high-quality, data-driven awareness you generate. If you don't already have an established following or a proven track record of creating viral content, this role may not be a good fit.

Your Side Quests (The Distribution Loop)

• Brainstorm for Virality: Strategize daily with the founder to transform unique business insights, data graphs, and company stories into viral-grade content (e.g., Twitter threads, LinkedIn posts).
• Build the Engine: Design and launch social media campaigns and strategies. We need to be everywhere, all the time.
• Design & Test: Execute growth experiments, build quick lead magnets, and launch landing pages to test new products and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Launch Mini-Products: Conceptualize, build, and launch related mini-products that serve as high-leverage marketing hooks.
• Partnerships & SEO: Establish distribution partnerships and explore opportunities for growth automation.

Your Character Build Should Include

• Established Following: Strong social media and content creation skills, with a demonstrable existing following (10k+ on platforms like LinkedIn/Twitter is a huge plus).
• Content Machine: Proven ability to ideate, research, create, and publish highly engaging, data-driven content quickly.
• GSD Mentality: Willingness to work closely with the founder in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. You are a true grinder and tenacious operator.
• Systems Thinker: You understand distribution loops, growth automation, and how to replicate success using leverage.
• Aesthetic Sense: A good design eye—you know what looks professional and viral.
• Experience Level: All experience levels are welcome, including new grads, provided you can prove the above skills.

• $100K - $150K Base Salary per year (Competitive comp for this level).
• Meaningful Equity Package (true ownership in a fast-growing, profitable company).
