Could you be the full-time GFC R&B Controlling Analyst 1 in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial analysis and controlling expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a vital role in overseeing the financial performance of the Country/Site and driving the continuous improvement of financial processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., Project Managers, Operations Finance, Accounting, Audit, Procurement), manage audits, streamline reporting processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of providing reliable and timely reporting data for both Site and HQ teams, but also tracking and analyzing key financial metrics.
We’ll look to you for:
Providing accurate and timely financial reporting data for Site and HQ teams
Validating and signing off P&L actuals for the site before deadlines
Conducting variance analysis of key site KPIs (e.g., Sales, Cash, Working Capital, Overdue, Backlog)
Preparing and maintaining consolidation files and templates for forecasts and long-term planning
Tracking site overheads against budgets and maintaining financial files
Ensuring compliance with internal and external financial requirements
Tracking and resolving internal and external audit issues
Supporting users as a key user in financial systems

Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent (e.g., CA/CMA)
1-2 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance
Strong analytical skills and fluency in English
Experience or understanding of ERP systems and Excel
Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Ability to multitask efficiently and meet deadlines
Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment
Demonstrated integrity, teamwork, and adaptability
